Today's post will focus on reviewing my skin type and some basic info on the device, how I used the Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatula since my first post, how the device fits into my normal routine, and what I like about the product and my overall results.
My Skin:
Before jumping into my routine and my results, let me remind you guys about my skin type and concerns. I have classic combination skin that is somewhat sensitive. I do not break out often. However, if I am not careful with my skincare choices, I do ocassionally break out around my t-zone area. Also, I always feel like my pores are a little bit clogged and congested. Specifically, my t-zone is my "problem area" for clogged and enlarged pores.
I am in my early 40s. So, I am interested in age prevention. While I do not have any major lines or wrinkles yet, fine lines are a concern. I want to prevent those signs of aging from appearing for as long as possible. I believe in both prevention and treatment. My fine lines are not very noticable. However, they do tend to crop up more when my skin gets dehydrated around my eyes and ever-so-slightly around my mouth.
The

Plus, it is absolutely painless to use. In fact, I actually enjoy the feel of this device on my skin. I can "feel" and see it doing its work of pore clearing. Some of these problems sure are issues for me and some are not. So, I can really only speak to the clogged pores and anti-aging benefits. For those areas, the device works beautifully for me. While I don't have any active blackheads or whiteheads, I can really see how this device can prevent the occurance of those issues with consistant use as weekly use is keeping my pores very clear of debris. And clear pores certainly does mean less breakouts. After using this device for 6 weeks, I have had zero breakouts. I think that the device consistantly keeps the pores cleared out and that has translated to fewer breakouts. There is no question, this is a huge skincare win!
In addition to the pore clearing aspect of this device, the Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatula also acts as a sonic infuser! I love this because it is just so easy to add this device into my anti-aging skincare routine that is already in place. How the Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatual Fits into my Skincare Routine and My Final Results:
It has been so easy to add this amazing Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatual into my weekly skincare routine. The device is quick and easy to use as both a pore clearing device and a sonic infuser. As a pore clearing device, I use the Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatual about 2-3 times a week. I find that the best and easiest way for me to use it is right after my shower. The steam and heat from the shower naturally "opens" my pores. So, after I step out of the shower, I just keep my face damp from the shower and use the device on my face right away. It just takes a few minutes to work the device over my problem areas (my t-zone) to really clear out the congestion in my pores. Sometimes I just do my t-zone and sometimes I do my whole face. So, while I work across my face with the spatual, I stop after a few strokes to wipe the gunk off the tip of the spatula with a clean hand towel and then I continue to proceed with the treatment.
I love the visual aspect of using this device. You can literally see the gunk coming out of your pores as it will be extracted by the spatual. Also, I love the "steam" that comes off the device as you use it. It gives such a true spa-like facial experience when you can see that steam coming up.
Pore Clearing and Exfoliation:
There is no question, this device provides fantastic pore clearing and pore cleaning. I can visibly see the debris coming out of my pores and somehow this is so satisfying for me, lol! I know that my skin is really "deep" cleaned. Plus, the motion of the device across my skin provides super gentle (yet effective!) exfoliation benefits. I can literally feel how smooth and soft my skin feels after using the skin spatula. Amazing!
I think this device is a game-changer for me for getting rid of pore debris. While my skin usually does not break out, I have found that my pores never looked "clear". I think when the debris really builds up, that is when my breakouts would occur. So, I feel that I can stop this cycle with just keeping my pores super clear. I have not broken out at all since using this device. Granted, I don't break out often, but it does happen probably monthly...and that did not happen this past month. So, I attribute my success in that area to the Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatula!!! I find that the Labelle Ultrasonic Skin Spatula gives me that clear-pore feeling that I crave in a safe manner. I really feel that I am getting spa-quality facial results at home.
Sonic Infuser:
I have come to really enjoy the feel of using this device as a sonic infuser. It is such an easy step to add to your skincare routine. I mean, you don't have to change any products...just use this device to apply the products you already love! Rather than using your fingers, just smooth on those serums with the

As far as results, it is hard to quantify anti-aging results as these types of results are things that you really see over time (long-term). So, I think that 4-6 weeks was a little bit to soon to see major results here (especially since I only have very slight signs of aging). I will continue to use this device as a sonic infuser as anti-aging skincare works really works preventatively. So, I would just hope to see less aging over time with use of the device. I honestly was not expecting to see huge results within a 6 week period.
