December with JustFab: A Complete Look!

'Tis the Season for Christmas Shopping! The hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season is upon us. In between my daily running around with the kids, I am doing my Christmas Shopping. I will fully admit that I do strive to look cute, even when just out shopping with the kids! ;) I try to go for a "casually chic" look. You know, put together without looking like I tried too hard. I believe that I totally achieved that with this clothing, boots, and accessories combo from JustFab!

What is JustFab?

JustFab has long been my go-to site for affordable and trendy shoes, handbags, and accessories. If you haven't been on JustFab.com lately, they also have a full line of clothing now, too. Yes, that is right, you can now shop from head-to-toe from JustFab for complete looks. You can browse items individually on the site or shop the looks to get everything you need to complete your outfit. Personally, I have always loved shopping outfits! It is just so easy that way to make sure that you have everything you need and don't end up with individual items that don't go with anything you have already. Shoes and Handbags start at $39.95 and clothing starts at $9.95. When you join as a VIP you get the option to purchase items monthly from a personal boutique created with your style in mind, or can skip the month if you don't feel like spending.

Can you believe that it is already time to start getting your Fall Wardrobe together?!?! I know, it is always hard to think Fall and boots in August (especially in hot/humid Georgia)! However, Fall is literally right around the corner. So, it is time to get shopping!

My wardrobe has a twist this Fall season...maternity wear! I am just at the beginning of my 2nd trimester and am slowly making the shift to maternity clothes. I am currently wearing some maternity pieces mixed in with looser fitting regular clothes. For the most part, I am going to keep my maternity outfits comfortable and casual to fit my lifestyle as a stay-at-home Mom. No one wants to spend a lot on maternity wear. So, I am going to amp up my outfits with cute accessories and shoes! JustFab to the rescue (of my maternity wardrobe)!

In honor of the transition to Fall, I selected two pairs of boots for my JustFab items this month! The classic Arron tall boot in brown and the edgy/trendy Brooklynn in black. Also, I was recently sent some super cute tees from Before + Again and was able to combine these with some of my maternity pieces for some perfect late Summer/early Fall outfits!

It is time for my monthly JustFab review! It was so hard to decide upon what to get this month. There are so many cute items right now!!! After much deliberation, I opted for the Beachfront Handbag and the Athens Sandal.

Outfit of the Day: Switching up the look of one outfit with JustFab Shoes

Do you have a standard go-to outfit? I sure do! Often I go through "phases" with my wardrobe. I get really into certain items and then want to wear them all the time.

My most recent favorite look is a simple dolman sleeve grey and black striped tunic sweater and black or grey leggings. The sweater is by   rose and the leggings are from Target. The sweater was a great find from a local trendy resale shop: Plato's Closet. Hey, you can't beat finding a cute top for about $4!

This look can easily be dressed up or down depending on the shoes. During the day, if I am just running errands or hanging out, I go with flats. To amp up the look, I opt for boots with heels. A simple shoe switch can totally change the feel of the outfit!

The shoes featured in this look are my November selections from JustFab, one of my favorite online shoe and accessories sites. The Boots are the "Gentry" and the flats are from the recent Fowler shoe collection, the "Laden".

Summer-to-Fall Transition: Outfit of the Day!

As much as I love Fall and Fall clothing, sometimes the transition is a bit hard! The weather stays warm here in Georgia for quite a long time. Typically, I ease the transition by mixing some of my "warmer" pieces from my Summer wardrobe. Sure it gets cool in the mornings here, but by mid-day it is quite warm still.

Here is a Super-easy go-to Look of mine:

• Top: Simple scoop necked brown and pink striped tee from Forever 21
• Jacket: Sleeveless Jean Jacket from Baby Phat 
• Pants: Cargo capri's from Old Navy
• Shoes: The Juliana Bronze Wedge flip flops from Oka-b
• Handbag: Corporal from JustFab
• Sunglasses: Prada

The addition of the sleeveless jean jacket by Baby Phat adds an extra layer of warmth and pulls the look together a bit more. The bronze/gold buttons on the jacket coordinate with the bronze embellished Oka-b wedges to dress up the look just a bit.  The metallic JustFab Corporal bag completes this very easy casual look.

What do you like to wear during this transitional weather? Sometimes getting ready in the morning is a challenge when you don't know what the weather will bring!

Outfit of the Day: Shopping Day in new Skirt

Hello Dolls!

You may have noticed some blog renovations today on PBB? Christine from 15 Minute Beauty Fanatic has been busy with adding category tabs and revamping the layout. What a great friend!!! I owe much of my blogging success to her! She is always a source of personal wisdom for me: be it just someone to bounce ideas off, get help with tech stuff, or great tips on surviving pregnancy or new motherhood. I love the new look! Plus, I think the tabs under the banner will help ya'll to browse posts by category. I like this feature and hope that you will too!

In the category tabs, you may notice the "Of the Day" tab. What is that you say? Well, I am hoping to add more posts that feature "Nails of the Day" (NOTD), "Outfit of the Day" (OOTD), and "Face of the Day" (FOTD). I will kick that off with today's OOTD!!! :) After 9 months of pregnancy and the first few months at home with the baby, I am finally starting to get my pre-baby shape back (yay!). So, this has really inspired me fashion-wise!

This blog will primarily remain a beauty blog. But, I think that sharing my OOTDs will be a great way for me to occasionally write and share a bit more about my day-to-day life! :)

Here is what I wore today for a fun girls day shopping with an old friend, my baby, and her baby. We hit a local outdoor mall for window shopping (and of course a Margarita!).
