I will accept and keep free products, services, or other forms of compensation from companies. All opinions on products are my own. I write my honest opinion on all product reviews regardless of how the product came to me. The content of my review is my true and honest experience with the product.
I will always disclose if I received a product for free by inserting a statement at the top of the post with a "press sample" link (linking back to this page) and a statement at the bottom of the post in compliance with the new disclosure regulations. Post written before the change in disclosure rules have statments at the bottom of the posts: "I got a sample" or "product was provided for review". If the product was purchased by my own self, I will either let that be implied (by not adding a statement) or state "I bought it". Other times, I might just state "I have nothing to disclose". See examples below:

I am one of Total Beauty's Blog Community Bloggers. In addition, I previously participated in their Beauty Bubbles program which gives me access & rights to republish Total Beauty content on Pammy Blogs Beauty and to use contextual links. Beauty Bubbles posts are syndicated by Total Beauty (and are eligible for compensation). I no longer post Beauty Bubbles as that is not allowed with my BlogHer contract (but you might run across these posts in my blog archives).
