Cover It! Concealer Review Series: Make Up For Ever HD Concealer (new fave?)

It is time for an update for my Cover It! Concealer Review Series!!! For this post, I am reviewing an amazing concealer from Make Up For Ever. I know, it has been awhile since I have updated this series. For those of you joining me for the first time with this series, let me give you a brief intro!

The Cover It! Concealer Review Series:
I am absolutely plagued with dark under eye circles. Actually, my discovery that you can completely "erase" dark circles with a great quality concealer is part of the reason that I fell in love with makeup in the first place! However, it can be hard to find a good concealer! Especially when your circles are as dark as mine are and your skin is extremely fair. Compounding that is the fact that the under eye skin is very delicate. I generally search for highly pigmented concealers that are thick enough to give good coverage, yet not so heavy as to look cakey or emphasize fine lines. 

If you missed my past reviews in this series, feel free to check them out!  I have found some really great concealers with a variety of coverage options! Not everyone needs the super heavy duty pigmentation like I do (you lucky ducks!).

So, my search for amazing concealers continues with this review for Make Up For Ever's (MUFE) HD Invisible Cover Concealer. I first tried this concealer in the Fall during Make Up For Ever's Makeup Bag Remix event. I was completely amazed that the makeup artist literally applied a pin sized drop of this concealer and that was all she needed to completely obliterate the dark circles under my eyes. WOW!!! New from Neutrogena Cosmetics: Bright Eyes and Moisturized Lips

Neutrogena has long been one of my favorite skincare and makeup lines. So, I was super excited when BzzAgent started a Neutrogena Cosmetics campaign with some great new products!!! I like Neutrogena's approach to enhancing natural beauty through good skincare and cosmetics that let your natural beauty shine through. During the Spring and Summer months, I like to really lighten up my makeup and go for an uber-natural look. What good timing!

Cover-It! Concealer Review Series: Maybelline Mineral Power Concealer

Hi there readers!

It is time for the next installment in my Cover It! Concealer Review Series. For those of you following this blog series, you know that I have a strong and serious interest in concealers! I am searching high-end and drugstore options for the best products.

What do I look for in a concealer? Well, typically, I am looking for a heavy coverage concealer if I am looking for something for the under-eye area. I have terrible dark circles (I blame heredity, allergies, general lack of sleep, and yes even my current pregnancy!). So, I need very good coverage in the under-eye area. But I don't want it to be so heavy that it gets cakey. Many of my previous reviews have revolved around concealers specifically for the under eye area.

But, lets not neglect the rest of the face! I do wear concealer elsewhere. On the rest of my face, I generally use concealer to hide some slight redness on my my and around my nose. But, typically, I only need a light coverage concealer for the rest of my face.

As I was applying my current staple light-medium coverage concealer: Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Concealer to my nose-area this morning I thought, "This is a great little concealer. I need to review this for my concealer review series!!!".

Cover It! Concealer Review Series: Exuviance CoverBlend

Hello lovely readers!

I am back with another concealer review for my Cover It! Concealer Review Series.

What am I looking for in a concealer? Primarily I am looking for medium to heavy coverage for the under eye area to conceal my super-dark under eye circles. A "medical" anti-aging concealer with good coverage *and* SPF 15? This product "had me at hello"! I mean, this concealer sounds too good to be true!
