July Star Products (July 2011 Favorites)

Hello Beauties!

Its (past) time for my monthly favorites or monthly "Star Products" post! I am in the midst of back-to-work after having a nice long summer off. So, please excuse me for being a few days late on posting my July Star Products post! :) 

The summer July heat in Georgia has had me reaching for good skincare to fight and treat mild breakouts and glowy/lightweight makeup to look fresh and pretty. So, what made my list? Keep reading after the jump break to find out!

June 2011 Star Products: June Favorites!

Do you lighten up on your makeup in the summers? I sure do! With the warm summer weather and lazy summer days, I find that I have been using minimal makeup and products this past month. When I apply makeup in the summer, I do so with a much lighter hand. I often skip entire product categories like lipstick and eyeliner and opt for a more natural look.

Even my hair gets a "break" in the summer. I find myself throwing my hair into a ponytail or a bun on most days just to get it off my neck during this heat. So, I lighten up on the hair styling products, too. I am all about "the basics" in the summer. 

So, This is my monthly Star Products post (a few days late, oops!). Basically, my Star Products are my current favorite products or the products that I have reached for consistently over the past month. I love reading these types of posts on other blogs or watching Monthly Favorites videos on YouTube. So, I love sharing my favorites with ya'll too! May 2011 Star Products

Hello my lovely readers!

Well, it is that time again. Time to post my favorite products of the month!

I strive to pick total stand-out products or "Star Products". Typically, these are products that I have found myself reaching for over-and-over again during the past month. So, these are truly items that I am totally loving and currently using all the time!

I adore watching my fellow bloggers/vloggers "Monthly Favorites" YouTube videos and Blog Posts. I look forward to doing this blog/YouTube post every month! I have streamlined my process. I keep a running monthly list on my "notes" on my iPhone. Each item has been carefully considered. I occasionally have repeats as well. Often they are items that I have reviewed or am currently in the process of testing. But, sometimes they are just random products that I love.
