January 2013 Favorites: Top 10 Beauty Products!

I just love making favorites lists! Especially when I have such a fabulous assortment of products to tell you about!!! I have been testing out products like a mad-woman lately. I have found some truly great things that I am totally loving! Some of these products have been previously reviewed. Some of them have not (and I will give a brief review here). Some items are new...and some are just new to me. Either way, I love them and I am excited to share!!!

To find out the full list and to hear more details, please keep reading!

Beautysets - Top 10 Favorites!

  • IT Cosmetics Hello Light Illuminating Powder: This is one of the most beautiful highlighters that I have ever worn. It gives such radiance to your face without making you look sparkly. You just look glowy and healthy! It is so easy to wear. It has become an everyday staple. I love the brush that it came with too! To read my full review, click on the link.
  • Laura Mercier's Glamour Wardrobe Palette: I am sure that none of ya'll are surprised to see that this palette made the faves list! I think I have mentioned this gem at least 3 times on this blog since I got it in December! Hands down one of the best palettes that I own! For the full review, click the link!
  • Laura Mercier's Arabesque Lip Colour: Yes, another LM item! This beautiful limited edition lip shade is from Laura Mercier's new Spring 2013 Collection. It is just the most beautiful cream finish baby pink lipstick with just a hint of peach. Love it!!! For my full review of a few items from the collection, please click the link! :)
  • Le Metier de Beaute Classic Flawless Finish Foundation: Oooh! I just love this foundation. I first tried it during my Neiman Marcus Le Metier de Beaute facial/makeover a couple months ago. I have been in love ever since! If you missed my post detailing my experience at Neiman Marcus's Le Metier Counter, please read the full post here. This foundation feels very light on your skin, yet gives good medium coverage. It has a very natural look on the skin. Plus, Le Metier packs wonderful anti-aging ingredients into the formula. So, this foundation not only looks beautiful, but also is good for your skin too! The finish is somewhat dewy. It is expensive...but, its soooo nice!
  • Nail Tek Crystal File: I swear by Crystal Nail files! My nails are extremely prone to peeling and breaking. Crystal files are much more gentle on your nails. My old one broke awhile back and I took too long to replace it. My nails got into rough shape in the meantime. This file plus my new Nail Strengthening system from Julep are getting my nails back on track! Yay!!!
  • Pureology's Essential Repair Line (Shampoo and Conditioner): My previously dry and damaged hair is slowing getting back into shape. I attribute my hair's progress to some really fabulous products that I am using including this Essential Repair Line by Pureology. These products are extremely rich and nourishing. The Essential Repair line leaves my hair feeling very hydrated and smooth. The products are very moisturizing as well and smell lovely (like fig?).  I totally recommend this line if your hair is dry and damaged from color treating or highlights. While these products do not weigh down my long, thick (but fine) hair, if you have thin or fine hair, these rich products may weigh your hair down.
  • Le Metier de Beaute's Christmas Town Nail Lacquer: With Emerald Green being the 2013 "Color of the Year", I am all about wearing green on my nails! This lovely green was from Le Metier's Holiday Collection. I wore this all through Christmas and am still loving it into January!
  • RoC's Multi Correxion Nourish Stress Repair Night Cream: My skin type has been all over the map this year! From oily to dry to everything in between. I totally blame pregnancy, childbirth, and the resulting hormone onslaught. My skin started a very dry phase as soon as the weather got a bit colder. This night cream is so soothing and moisturizing. I apply at night after any treatment products or serums. In the morning I wake up with much plumper and smoother skin. I love the soft and subtle soothing scent. Such a nice cream! This cream might be a bit too heavy for my temperamental skin when it gets warmer; but, it is perfect for right now!
  • Pure Ice's "Touch Me Softly" Polish: I am obsessed with this shade! It is a medium purple matte metallic texture polish. Such a unique shade. I get compliments on the color every time I wear it. Love!
*If you are interested in Le Metier de Beaute products, please contact my awesome local Le Metier contact Karen! She has done my makeup and a facial at the Le Metier Counter and she is totally aweseome!!! Here is her info at Neiman Marcus Atlanta: Phone: 404-266-8200. Here is the link to my post about my experience at the counter: Beauty Pampering with Le Metier.

What are your favorites this month?
XOXO!!!

Some of these items I purchased
myself and some were samples.

I've been hearing a lot of good things about Arabesque! Seems like a universally flattering color...
