There is a smooth side and a textured side. I like the smoother side on my face and the textured side I use on the upper part of my back when that area gets congested. I like using these in the shower in the mornings for a really great cleanse.

AVEENO® POSITIVELY RADIANT® Brightening Cleanser: This cleanser is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. It hydrates and cleanses without overdrying my skin. 

AVEENO® POSITIVELY RADIANT® Sheer Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30: This is a new-to-me product. I am so excited to start using it. I like the idea of a daily SPF that feels sheer on the skin. I will let you guys know how I like it after a few weeks! :) 

I am super excited to try out the AVEENO® POSITIVELY RADIANT® Exfoliating Body Wash and Body Lotion! These are new-to-me products that look very promising. Plus, this fresh scent will take me right into Spring. 

Aveeno Eczema Baby line and more!

Besides the POSITIVELY RADIANT® line, I have so many other Aveeno favorites that it is almost hard to list the items! Definately be sure to check out the Eczema baby line!!! My son has Eczema and I exclusively use Aveeno products on him. 

• The AVEENO® BABY ECZEMA THERAPY MOISTURIZING CREAM is a product I literally can't live without when it comes to my son's skincare. I slather him up with this after every bath! 

• For cleansing my son's skin, I use the AVEENO® BABY CLEANSING THERAPY MOISTURIZING WASH. It has a creamy feel and it is non-scented. It cleanses very gently and leaves him feeling hydrated. 

• When my son's Eczema flares up, I use the amazing AVEENO® BABY® ECZEMA THERAPY NIGHTTIME BALM. This ultra thick balm is so healing. It smooths flare ups and decreases our need to use my son's perscription cream. 

• For cleansing his hair, I like using the AVEENO® BABY GENTLE CONDITIONING SHAMPOO. It cleanses very gently and does not seem to flare up his Eczema. Plus, it is conditioning. So, I don't need to use conditioner with him.

Treat your Legs with a Luxury Shave! Whish Shave Cream & Hair Inhibiting Gel

I will fully admit, shaving is a chore. It is really my least-favorite part of my shower routine. Perhaps it is because I have to do it every single day. Yes, that is the case for me. I know that many women can skip days. However, I have way to much hair to do so. Plus, years ago my dermatologist recommended daily shaving for me as a way to avoid the ingrown hairs that I was getting on my legs. 

Now, I certainly do have my everyday favorite shaving products. I go through shaving cream pretty fast with daily shaving. However, when I heard of this shave cream and shave gel from Whish, I was excited to try...luxury shaving products? This is exactly what I need to turn shaving from a chore to a treat for my legs! ;)

Celebrate National Oatmeal Day! My Daily Shower Favorites from Aveeno! #AveenoLovesOat

Did you know that today, October 29th is National Oatmeal Day? Who knew? ;) As an oat-nut and an Aveeno Ambassador, I am going to celebrate National Oatmeal Day by sharing some of my favorite everyday Aveeno products with you and, of course, by having a big bowl of oatmeal for breakfast!

Many times, daily standard products get neglected as far as praise. These are the un-sung heros of our daily routines. Products that work...products that we come back to time and time again. As I was cleaning and organizing my shower this week, I realized that I have not raved about these two daily staples! So, I am going to give them some blog-love today! I have used both of these products off-and on for years and continue to love them today. Lets talk about Aveeno's Positively Smooth Shave Gel and Aveeno's Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser!

Aveeno is known for their oatmeal based products created with active naturals which are ideal for sensitive skin. While I love my ultra-scented products in the shower, sometimes I need to go "back to the basics" and just use gentle products that are calming to my skin. Honestly, I typically find that these types of gentle basic products actually work better and are more effective on my skin.

Aveeno's Positively Smooth Shave Gel: I hands-down get the best shave from this shave gel. It is an amazingly rich gel that transforms to an awesomely thick and rich foam on your legs. It allows your razor to slide across your skin effortlessly which decreases your chances of razor nicks! This shave gel is formulated with soy and natural emollients. Plus, this formula helps you to naturally minimize the appearance of hair with continued use. Now, who doesn't want that?!?! :)

Aveeno Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser: This cleanser is unbelievably gentle! I love using this in the shower. Typically, I shower in the mornings and my skin only needs a light cleansing. There is just no need for me to use anything harsh or abrasive to cleanse my skin in the mornings. This gentle cleanser gets my skin clean and leaves my face feeling soft and fresh without feeling at all dry nor tight. It is gentle face cleansing at its best! The product is a liquid with a pump top. The pump releases just the right amount of light foam to cleanse your face. Love this cleanser!!!
