Get the 2017 SAG Awards Look: Evan Rachel Wood in IT Cosmetics

I have more SAG Awards beauty coverage for you! This time it is one of my very favorite makeup brands, IT Cosmetics, with their "Get the Look" inside info on how the gorgeous Even Rachel Wood got her flawless and glam look!

INSPIRATION:

“One of the many things I love about Evan is she always likes to keep them guessing. So for our SAG awards look, she wanted to compliment the incredible blue velvet Altuzarra suit with a really feminine beauty look which is something we haven't done in a while. In fact, our reference point for the day was a "Snow White fairytale." We kept the focus on her gorgeous porcelain complexion and created a soft, gold "doll eye." It was the perfect complement for a bold lip.

To get started, I used Confidence In A Cream to give her a great moisturized canvas and Bye Bye Under Eye Eye Cream to prep the eye area.

I have been using IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream on Evan religiously now for a while, but I'm really loving the new Confidence In A Compact Skin-Transforming Full Coverage. The Solid Super Serum in Light is amazing on her skin. The Brow Power Super Skinny Brow Pencil in Universal Gray has been a game changer for me, especially with Evan's cool hair color these days. It's the perfect ashy grey color that makes her brows look really natural.

For that doll-baby eye, I prepped the eyelid with Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination Concealer. I smudged Mocha & Warmth from the Naturally Pretty Palette into her crease and under the eye and then layered on top the gorgeous gold "Unstoppable" color from the Superhero Palette. I popped the Transforming Pearl shimmer color from the same palette in the corner of the eye and under the brow bone.

I always tend to mix a few blushes together for a custom shade and on Evan's cheeks today is Ombré Radiance Blush in Je Ne Sais Quoi and Vitality Cheek Flush in Magical in Mauve.

Those long lashes of hers got a coat of my favorite Superhero Mascara and then I used Tightline Waterproof on the bottom lashes to really give her that doll eye look.

To set everything and give her a flawless finish, I dusted Bye Bye Pores Airbrush Powder in her T-Zone and gave her a little extra glow with Hello Light Luminizer in Bella Brilliance.

Your Lips But Better Waterproof Lip Liner in Perfect Red was the fairytale shade to finish off our Snow White pout!”

Get Cara Delevingne's MTV Movie Award Look!

Did you guys watch this year's MTV Movie Awards? There is no question, there were some great celebrity looks there! I am excited to be able to share with you one of my favorite looks from the evening: Cara Delevinge's look! She looked gorgeous and you can recreate her look by following the steps below. Keep reading to find out more about how celebrity makeup artist got Cara ready for the show!

Celebrity makeup artist Molly R. Stern loved working with the gorgeous Cara Delevingne to get her ready for the MTV Movie Awards. Stern shared, “The girl knows how to have fun, and encourage immense creativity. As always, working with her was a joyful blast!” Delevingne wore an incredibly tailored suit by Balmain, so Stern’s goal was for “her skin to reign and her eyes to pop while rocking a modern lip that separated her from the rest.”

SKIN:

• First, Stern began by prepping Delevingne’s skin using RéVive Intensité Moisture Serum Extrême ($365) followed by RéVive Intensité Crème Luster Day ($385). Stern shared, “I massaged them into her skin – these products are amazing.”

FACE: 

• Next, she sparingly applied NEW Laura Mercier Candleglow Soft Luminous Foundation in Vanille ($48) all over her face.
• To warm up her cheeks, Stern applied Laura Mercier Crème Cheek Colour in Praline ($26), followed by Laura Mercier Face Illuminator in Seduction ($44).

EYES:

• Stern painted Delevingne’s eyelids using Laura Mercier Eye Basics in Peach ($27), then added a spot of dew using Jillian Dempsey Lid Tint Satin Eye Shadow Lid Tint in Lilac ($28).
• Next, she very tightly lined her upper and lower lash line using TRUE Isaac Mizrahi Liquid Eye Definer in Caviar ($24), a shiny black liquid liner. Then, she softly smudged the line using Laura Mercier Matte Eye Colour in Deep Night ($25), one of her kit staples. 
• Stern curled her lashes and applied two coats of RIMMEL Lash Accelerator Mascara in Blackest Black ($9.99).

BROWS:

• To create Delevingne’s iconic brows, she painted on Laura Mercier Brow Definer ($22) for hold and dimension.

LIPS:                                                                                    

• Creating a bold pout, Stern swiped Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Stripped ($20) onto Delevingne’s lips.

FINISHING TOUCH:

• Before Delevingne left, Stern dusted Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Foundation Powder in Shade 5 ($47) to set the look for her night ahead. Stern shared, “She left looking stunning. Shocker, I know, not sure how anyone could mess that up!”
