Are you exfoliating? Weekly exfoliation does amazing things for your skin. As I get "older", lol, I find that exfoliation really is crucial for keeping my skin looking its best. Your skin does naturally exofoliate itself, however this process does slow down a bit as you age. I know that for me, keeping up with weekly exfoliation not only helps my skin look and feel soft and smooth, but also it seems to help keep breakouts at bay.

I had a chance to try out a few of the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix formulations, and I am really enjoying them!
NIP + FAB Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads:
These pads help to boost your skin's radiance with awesome exfoliation! The pads are soaked in exfoliating glycolic acid (2.8%) to retexture + resurface skin whilst witch hazel helps to tone. This moisturising formula with hyaluronic acid + soothing blue daisy helps to reveal brighter + smoother looking skin.
How to use:
After cleansing with a gentle cleanser and patting dry, just wipe pad across face, neck + decollete.
Note: You should always do a patch test first when trying out a glycolic product for the first time. Also, if you have sensitive skin, be careful about how many times a week you exfoliate. Personally, my skin does best with 1-2 nights a week max. However, some people can exfoliate daily. Just proceed slowly and see how your skin responds.

Besides the 2% glycolic acid, the pads also contain hyaluronic acid (for hydration), and witch hazel to tone and tighten your pores.
How to use:
You can use these pad daily (if your skin tolerates daily exfoliation). You just massage the pad in a circular motion to damp skin to work up the lather. Use the smooth side to polish and the textured side to exfoliate. Then, rinse off with tepid water.

These pads were amazing! I know that I would really love to try out the NIP + FAB Glycolic Fix Gentle Pads as these might be the pads in the range most suited to my somewhat sensitive skin.
