How I Use:

I love the shine and softness that BioSilk Silk Therapy with Organic Coconut Oil brings to my hair. To use, I just apply a small dab (a little less than a pea size amount) to my super thick shoulder length hair. I concentrate at the ends and then I work up (avoiding the root area). I apply it as the final touch in my hair routine when my hair is already dried and styled. This last step adds moisture, locks in shine, and reduces frizz.

This is a 3-in-1 product that triples for a Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. I don't tend to use 3-in-1 products as my hair is somewhat damaged and I really like to be able to use a separate shampoo and conditioner. However, my husband loves using 3-in-1 products. So, I passed this one along to him to try out. He really liked the scent as well as the ease of use for shampooing/conditioning and washing his body.
