Hey Loves! It is time again for my monthly Simply Earth Essential Oil DIY Recipe Box Box Opening! 

Essential Oils are my newest obcession. I have completely gone down the rabbit hole with essential oils and am not looking back! There is no question that the addition of essential oils to my everyday life has worked to enhance my environment and help me to manage stress and illness within my house. Initially, I just thought that I would enjoy the "scent your home" aspect of essential oils. However, the more I get into essential oils, and the more that I learn and explore, I realize that essential oils can do so much more for you than just smell pretty. Essential oils can do everything from helping you to manage your stress and emotions, to enhancing your sleep, to warding off illness. Essential Oils are so versatile and so fun to explore!

The world of Essential Oils can certainly be overwhelming for an oily newbie like me. Luckily, I have found some great resources online. Plus, my Simply Earth monthly Essential Oil subscription box has really taken the guesswork out of exploring and using essential oils. Their monthly box contains 4-5 essential oils and ALL the ingredients, supplies, and recipes for a variety of essential oil DIY projects every month. If you are like me, you are constantly pinning ideas on Pinterest. But, honestly, how often do we actually make these DIY projects? lol, it is time consuming to go hunting around for all those supplies! Well, Simply Earth does all the legwork for you with their DIY box. Plus, I love the "suprise" element every month! I never know what oils might arrive. Since I am an oily newbie, I never know what oils to order when browsing online. Some of the "surprise" oils that have come in my Simply Earth boxes have become my total favorites...and, I would have never known to order them had they not come in my subscription box. Plus, the oils from Simply Earth are high quality pure oils. You are really getting top quailty oils in your box. Seriously, my Simply Earth monthly box is pretty much my favorite thing ever!!! I am not even exaggerating! I get pumped when I know my box is coming and I honestly can't wait to dig in every month and explore and use my oils and get going with some fun DIYs!!!

Plus, can I just mention how amazing the oils are?!?! They are high-quality and theraputic grade. Such great quality oils. I am super impressed and already a loyal fan!

Inside this Month's Simply Earth Essential Oil Subscription Box: January 2017 Box Opening:

This month's box is awesome!!! Once again, Simply Earth has surprised and delighted me with some oils that have been on my wishlist as well as oils that are totally new to me. I almost always seem to find a new favorite oil when I dive into my monthly Simply Earth box. This month is no exception. I have already totally fallen in love with Lime Essential Oil. It is so uplifting!

Here are all of the details about what is inside this month's box:

• Recipe Cards: 6 recipes on a cards clipped with a ring. These recipes make using Essential Oils so easy! I can jump right into using all the amazing oils in my box! :) 

• Lime Essential Oil: Full sized 15 ml 100% Pure Essential Oil: As I mentioned, this one has quickly become a new favorite of mine! When I opened my box, I immediately popped this one in the diffuser. Lime Essential Oil had been on my wishlist. So, I am super thrilled to now have Lime in my EO collection. Citrus scents are so uplifting, stress-relieving, and happiness-boosting. They are perfect for diffusing during the day. 

• Cedarwood (Himalayan) Essential Oil: Full sized 15 ml 100% Pure Essential Oil: Ooooh! I adore Cedarwood...however, I have only ever used Atlas Cedarwood and have never tried Himalyan Cedarwood. So, I am super excited to give this Cedarwood a go. Every single night I diffuse essential oils for sleep and I almost always diffuse Lavendar and Cedarwood (2 drops Lavendar and 1 drop Cedarwood). I tend to vary my blends for sleep diffusion. However, the Lavendar and Cedarwood combo is my clear fave. I love the earthy/rich/woody and slightly sweet scent of Cedarwood! 

• Palmarosa Essential Oil: Full sized 15 ml 100% Pure Essential Oil: This oil is such a perfect example of why I love my Simply Earth subscription box. This is an oil that I was only vaguely aware of. So, the inclusion of this oil in my box has me in full Essential Oil research mode (which I LOVE!). Seriously, my favorite passtime lately is to read as much as possible about essential oils...from Library books to EO websites and forums...it is so fun to learn about Essential Oils! So, from what I have gathered, Palmarosa is a wonderful oil for uplifting dark moods and dreary emotions as well as helping to promote restful sleep. This sounds like an oil right up my alley! Life can be stressful and I am a boarderline insomniac. So, I tend to seek out oils for stress relief as well as sleep enhancement. So, this oil really sounds like a perfect fit! The aroma is sweet and floral with slightly spicy and citrus-like notes. I am especially excited to take Simply Earth's DIY card recomendation to diffuse this oil with Cedarwood! I think that will be a lovely blend. 

• Beauty Within Essential Oil Blend: Full sized 15 ml 100% Pure Essential Oil Blend: I am so excited that Simply Earth included a beauty blend in this month's Essential Oil Recipe Box! I have started doing research about adding Essential Oils to carrier oils for use on the face. So, I just had to make the Beauty Within Roll-On recipe (everything included in the box). Literally, I stopped writing this post to make this recipe and then have continued to write, lol! The blend is 100% Pure Almond carrier oil with 10 drops of the Beauty Within Oil. I am super excited to start using this oil blend ASAP. I have heard that Essential Oils can work wonders to smooth fine lines. 

• Label Stickers: These are fantastic: the labels for your EO recipes
• Glass Jars, dropper bottles, and roller ball bottle, and lipbalm caps (were the containers missing from my order?) for making beauty oil roll on, master blends, lipbalms, etc. 
• Beeswax pellets
• Sweet Almond Oil carrier oil

I absolutely adore this month's box and have become such a huge fan of Simply Earth! I feel like they make it so easy to use and explore essential oils. Plus, I no longer feel like I am pinning a ton of Essential Oil recipes and never making them, lol. With having all the supplies at hand, I can whip out an Essential Oil DIY in no time at all.

Plus, it must be said that the quality and purity of the Simply Earth Essential Oils is just amazing! All of the oils are 100% pure Essential Oil. I trust this brand and know that I am getting great quality. I really enjoy exploring new oils that I might not have explored otherwise. Like, who would have known how much I would love the Citurs and Coffee blend! Not to mention, I have really been loving diffusing Citrus Burst on its own during the day for a refreshing and uplifting aroma!
