Fragrance Fanatic: Katy Perry's Killer Queen Eau de Parfum

My Fragrance Fanatic review series continues with Katy Perry's Killer Queen Eau de Parfum! If you are a Katy Perry fan, or just someone looking for a new fun and flirty everyday fragrance, then you certainly need to check out Killer Queen! 

The Bottle:

There is no question that this whimsical perfume bottle will catch your eye. The jewel-shaped bottle, inspired by a Queen's scepter, lays on its side. While the bottle is pretty for display on my vanity, it does not fit on my perfume tray with my other bottles because of needing to lay on its side. So, a cute design overall. However, it does present a storage issue as far as not fitting on my tray.

The Scent:

• Top Notes: Dark Plum, Wild Berry, Bergamot
• Middle Notes: Natural Jasmine Sambac, Rainbow Plumeria, Red Velvet Flower
• Base Notes: Cashmeran, Natural Patchouli Heart, Liquid Praline

Overall, I am a huge fan of Katy Perry's Killer Queen! It is an easy-to-wear scent that is fun to wear. I like that this scent is not overly young, nor too sweet. It is actually a rather "grown up" and sophisticated scent! There is a warm and subtle woodsiness to it with the blend of patchouli, vanilla, and musk. It is actually the exact type of scent that I like to wear! I love warm musky scents! :)
