My monthly Simply Earth Box is seriously one of my favorite things!!! There is no question that the addition of essential oils to my everyday life has worked to enhance my environment and help me to manage stress and illness within my house. When I first started out with oils, I just thought that I would enjoy the "scent your home" aspect of essential oils. However, the more I get into essential oils, and the more that I learn and explore, I realize that essential oils can do so much more for you than just smell pretty. Essential oils can do everything from helping you to manage your stress and emotions, to enhancing your sleep, to warding off illness. Essential Oils are so versatile and so fun to explore! My monthly Simply Earth Essential Oils Recipe Box is really helping me to learn more about essential oils a little bit at a time with 4 oils and recipes to go with them. I feel like I have gone so far beyond just diffusing oils! The recipes really help me to integrate Essential Oils into every part of my life.
My Simply Earth monthly Essential Oil subscription box has really taken the guesswork out of exploring and using essential oils. Their monthly box contains 4-5 essential oils and ALL the ingredients, supplies, and recipes for a variety of essential oil DIY projects every month. If you are like me, you are constantly pinning ideas on Pinterest. But, honestly, how often do we actually make these DIY projects? lol, it is time consuming to go hunting around for all those supplies! Well, Simply Earth does all the legwork for you with their DIY box. Plus, I love the "suprise" element every month! I never know what oils might arrive. Since I am an oily newbie, I never know what oils to order when browsing online. Some of the "surprise" oils that have come in my Simply Earth boxes have become my total favorites...and, I would have never known to order them had they not come in my subscription box. Plus, the oils from Simply Earth are high quality pure oils. You are really getting top quailty oils in your box. Seriously, my Simply Earth monthly box is pretty much my favorite thing ever!!! I am not even exaggerating! I get pumped when I know my box is coming and I honestly can't wait to dig in every month and explore and use my oils and get going with some fun DIYs!!!

This month's box has a Natural Skincare theme. Of course, as a skincare fanatic, I totally dig this! Plus, it is so fun to make your own bath and body and skincare items. These are things that I know that I am going to enjoy using.

The Oils:
- Farewell Scars Essential Oil Blend: We know the struggle of having scars. Alas, this blend was made! It's a mix of essential oils that help heal the skin and reduce scarring.
- Bergamot Essential Oil: Ohhh! Bergamot is already one of my faves. It smells so good! Bergamot Essential Oil is commonly found in men's fragrance but did you know that it helps balance oily skin, too? It smells amazing and makes you feel uplifted, too.
- Myrrh Essential Oil: Another great oil for the skin is Myrrh Essential Oil. It fights off fungus and also clears the mind. Definately a must-have for a self-love day! I have always wanted to get this oil. So, I am super excited to add a bottle to my growing Essential Oil collection.
- Ravensara Essential Oil: A great oil to have to boost your immunity, Ravensara Essential Oil also wards off eruptions near the lips. Its calming and makes you feel more confident. This is a new-to-me oil. So, I am super excited to explore ideas for using it!
DIY Recipes:

Skin Healing Booster Roll On:
Roll ons are quick and easy to make. They are a great way to use essential oils! My previous "big box" from Simply Earth contained the roll-on bottle and the Almond Oil. So, I just added my new Farewell Scars Essential Oil and it is all ready! This will be nice to use on boo-boos as they heal.
Lip Rejuvenating Lip Balm:
I am so excited! I just made my first ever lip balms in a twist up tube thanks to Simply Earth! These were super quick and easy (and fun) to make! Rather than use a double boiler, I just melted everything in the microwave. So much easier! Now that I know how easy lip balms are to make, I might make more in the future.
Calming and Uplifting Body Butter:
I just love, love, love body butters and use them all the time. However, I have never made my own. So, this is really a thrill. :) This was so easy to make using my kitchen aid mixer. Literally you just mix it all up and poof, you have body butter. I really love the smell of these oils mixed together, too. The body butter is super soothing and moisturizing. No question, I am going to be making more body butter in the future!
Confidence Diffuser Blend:
Who couldn't use a bit more confidence? Right?! For the Simply Earth Diffuser Blends, I usually mix up extra and put into a little dropper bottle to have a master blend ready to just drop into the diffuser. This smells lovely. I have always been a big fan of Bergamot. I am new to the Ravensara Oil, so I am super excited to be learning how to use it!
Relaxing Textured Massage Bar:
Oh how fun! I love the textured massage bars from LUSH. So, I am excited to learn how to actually make these. This was easy and fun to make and wow, it smells amazing! I melted the ingredients in the microwave for this one, too, and it worked just fine.

Each month, Simply Earth chooses to support a different organization that fights human trafficking. This month, they gave 13% of their profit to the New Colossus (a non-profit organization based out of South Dakota which educates and equips youth to distance themselves from possible exploitation.)
