Lets take a peek inside my Total Beauty "Beautiful You Collection" Box! :)

• "Yogalosophy©: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover," the New York Times Best Seller written by yoga and fitness instructor to the stars Mandy Ingber ($20 value): I am super excited about this book! I just had a baby a month ago and am all about getting my mind and body back in balance. I think that this book might be the ticket to get me back on track and in touch with myself and my body. This book is written with a day-by-day approach: Each day has a passage for reflection/motivation/inspiration, a yoga pose, recipe ideas, and all sorts of "extra credit" stuff (like making an inspiration board). I am really excited to do this book! I am going to start right away. As a busy stay-at-home Mom with an infant and a toddler, I like the approach of taking just a few minutes a day to focus on me. ;) 

• Nature's Dynamics: BodyBoost Women's Multi Bone & Calcium Gummy Vitamins (Full size: $29.95 value): Oh yay! I am glad that I got the Calcium vitamins! I take Calcium 2x a day every day (especially important since I am nursing!). I think that these Gummy vitamins are going to be a nice switch from my regular calcium pills. Plus, they taste great! I might need to explore replacing more vitamins with Gummies. They are much more "fun" to take.

• Daily Concepts Your Body Scrubber: (Full Size, $10.00 value) I am so happy to see a Daily Concepts sponge in my Total Beauty Collection. I have used these in the past and am quite a fan. The functional packaging transforms into a way to hang the sponge in the shower (there is a suction inside the package that you can attach)...or you can just hang the sponge by its string. Plus, the sponge has some lettering on the label that indicates when it is time to toss the sponge: when the lettering fades, the sponge is done. This is a great scrubby sponge that will get lots of use from me! 

• REN Glycol Latic Radiance Renewal Mask: (15 ml sample size, $19.00 value): This is a nice deluxe sized mask sample! I would guess that you could get 3 uses out of this. I am excited to try it out! I can finally use glycolics again (I was avoiding them in pregnancy). So, I can't wait to try this mask! :)

• Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream: (.7 oz sample size, $10.00 value): I am thrilled to see a deluxe sample of this fabulous stretch mark cream! I actually have reviewed this previously and recently on my blog and am quite a fan of the product. This deluxe sample size will be great for travel. This cream works to both treat and prevent stretch marks. I lucked out during my pregnancies and did not get stretch marks. Sure, a lot of that had to do with genetics...but, I also slathered on creams like this one at least 2x a day!

• Amala Detoxifying Body Butter: (foil packet, $2.70 value): While I wish this was a deluxe sample size, I am still happy to have it. I have never heard of this brand. So, I am curious to use this.

• Acure Cell Stimulating Body Wash: (2 oz sample size, $4.00 value): I can always use another body wash! This is a generous deluxe sized sample that will be great for travel. This body wash smells sooooo good! I can't quite place the scent? This body wash contains great ingredients like argan oil and sea buckthorn.

If you are looking for some reading material to get your mind and body motivated plus if you want to try some great beauty products, this Total Beauty Beautiful You Collection might be for you!
