Step #2: Rince your mouth with the Accelerinse. I really like the taste!
Step #3: Apply the Stain Lifting Serum to your front teeth. You just brush this on and make sure your lips don't touch your teeth for 20 seconds.
This system is so quick and super easy to use! It really does not add very much time to your dental routine. So, it is easy to use either every day or a few times a week until you achieve your results. I feel like I saw brighter teeth immediately with an overall subtle whitening after a few uses. Now, my teeth were already relatively white (a tooth guide comes with the kit and I was at about an 8 at the start) and was able to lighten a few shades to about a 6 with just a few uses.
