Mally Beauty Essentials: Review and Giveaway!

I Bought It Affiliate Link Blogger Ambassador

I have discovered so many great makeup and skincare brands through being a Birchbox subscriber and a Birchblogger! One of my most recent discoveries (and new loves) via Birchbox is Mally Beauty.
This high performance brand has some truly unique and innovative products that perfect the skin and give you a flawless look. I was able to try out an assortment of Mally products. Please click "read more" below to find out how I liked the following Mally bestsellers: the Evercolor Shadow Sticks, the Evercolor Poreless Face Defender, and the Cancellation Concealer System.

Also, I am so excited to not only review these products for you, but also I have a giveaway for you too: One reader has the chance to win Mally's Evercolor Shadow Stick and the High Shine Liquid Lipstick. Be sure to keep reading to hear about the products and to enter the Giveaway!
Mally Beauty Essentials from Birchbox:

Cream shadows are my go-to products when I want a super quick and natural eye look. To me, cream products are just quicker because you can just swipe them on and then blend out with your fingers. These Evercolor Shadow Sticks from Mally are so easy to use! These glide on beautifully. They have impressive pigmentation and a lovely satin finish. Plus, these stay on all day without creasing or fading! I am impressed!!! I reach for these often and love the ease of wear. I have two shades: Champagne (I wear all over the lid) and Violet (I use to lightly "line" the outer part of my eye and can take it into my crease and smudge it out).

Mally’s Evercolor Shadow Stick won’t come off until you say so. The creamy formula goes on smoothly, is smug-proof and acts as a three-in-one primer. If you are looking for something a bit bolder, use it as eyeliner.

Retails for $25.00 each on Birchbox.
Mally Evercolor Poreless Face Defender:
I had literally been dying to try this product for ages! I had heard so much about it and was so intrigued by it. This is truly a unique product!!!

So, what is it exactly? It is a finishing product that sets your makeup, erases pores, smooths fine lines, leaves you matte, and looks totally natural. Sounds like a miracle, right? Essentially, it is a silicone-based solid primer that applies like a powder after your makeup. The only other products out there like this are Benefit's Dr. Feelgood (that I tried a million years ago, so please correct me if I am wrong!) and CoverGirl's new TruMagic Skin Perfector (review coming soon!).

How to apply: I just swirl the sponge (the sponge comes with it) and then gently tap it onto my skin. Be careful not to rub as you are applying this over your makeup as a finishing touch. This product really does work wonders to decrease shine and erase my large pores. Love it!!! I think if you are only going to get one thing from Mally, it should be this Poreless Face Defender!

Mally’s Evercolor Poreless Face Defender can minimize the look of pores and fine lines, leaving you with a long-lasting, flawless finish. It is the perfect primer to set your makeup without the hassle of reapplying throughout the day.

Retails for $40.00 on Birchbox.

Mally Cancellation Concealer System:
My dark circles are the bane of my existence. I literally will try any and all concealers that promise to help with dark circles. I am honestly a bit concealer-obsessed! Plus, Mally's line is really focused on skin perfection. So, this product really excites me!!!

This Cancellation Concealer System kit is so cute. It is packaged in a convenient (and cute!) pink snap pouch. The inside has everything you need for good concealing: The Concealer, The Eye Light Setting Powder, and a double ended concealer brush (one end for the concealer and one for the powder). I just love having this all in one place. As someone always looking for ways to shave time off my "getting ready" routine, the convenience and ease of this kit is a huge plus!

I tried this kit in the shade "light". The concealer is nicely pigmented and creamy. It does a really great job of covering my dark circles. When used with the powder, it really does stay in place! Plus, it does not seem to settle into my fine lines. The overall effect is great! The setting powder sets the concealer very well and is a nice finishing touch. The system does not 100% cover my dark circles, but they are *very* dark (almost black and blue looking). Honestly, only a few concealers out there cover my circles 100%. I feel like this kit covers them well enough without looking heavy or cakey. That is success in my book. If you have just regular dark circles, this system should work perfectly for you. I find the brush to be very easy to use and perfectly designed for both concealer and eye area powder.

Mally brings us their Cancellation Concealer System to cover dark circles and blemishes without caking. The concealer expertly hides imperfections while the translucent power sets it for a long-lasting, flawless finish.

The Skinny:
The Cancellation Concealer System by Mally retails for $35.00 at Birchbox.

The only thing I've tried from Mally is her pencil liners, and they were good, but not quite as bulletproof as was suggested (but I also have really, really oily lids). I've really wanted to try her face defender and shadow sticks (and a million other things of hers, including mascara, shadows, gloss, etc.), so I'm very excited about this giveaway! :-)

Thanks so much for having this giveaway, so glad the rafflecopter loaded for me today (it hasn't for the last four days that I've tried, but I'll keep trying) :-)

@Bonnie-I am so glad you got the form to load! I am so sorry that there have been glitches with that. :) The face defender is amazing! :)
