When I think of Mother's Day gifts, I immediately think of both fragrance and bath & body products. As a busy Mom of a 3-month old and a toddler, I know how haggard a Mom can feel. All Mommies out there need to be pampered! Sometimes just a simple spritz of perfume or body splash in the mornings makes me feel more like "me" while in the midst of feeding babies and doing diaper changes, lol.
Laura Mercier's NEW Verbena Infusion Eau de Toilette:

The Verbena Infusion Collection captures the crisp freshness of Verbena. Take your mom on a journey to the French countryside with one of these three refreshing formulas: Laura Mercier Verbena Infusion Gel Body Moisture ($45), Laura Mercier Verbena Infusion Crème Body Cleanse ($30) and Laura Mercier Verbena Infusion Eau de Toilette ($55).
From this collection, I tried out the Laura Mercier Verbena Infusion Eau de Toilette. I am such a fan of Laura Mercier's scents across-the-board, and this new fragrance is no exception! I love the lightness of this scent. It has a somewhat grassy scent to me that is just so fresh and clean. This is an ideal scent for the hot days in a Georgia summer!
A sparkling bouquet of green citrus and leafy spearmint infuse beautifully with petals of fresh blossoms and a touch of white amber and cedarwood. Leaving behind a refreshing sensation that rejuvenates the body.
Essence of Beauty: The Fine Fragrance Collection:
You don't have to go any further than your local CVS to scope out some great scents by Essence of Beauty their exclusive Bath & Body line! Their new Fine Fragrance Collection has some lovely new options that would be both great for gifts or just for yourself!
I find these all to be very feminine and somewhat sophisticated scents for a body mist. Yet, these new scents are also very fresh and light. These are perfect for wearing on their own on a hot Spring or Summer day. Sometimes I like opting for a Body Mist instead of a full-on perfume. These are also lovely for layering over a perfume if you like to wear body mists like that. You can also use these to freshen up throughout the day.

L'Occitane: Gift Sets:
L'Occitane has a variety of gift set options available for Mother's Day. While I just received the Neroli & Orchid Collection and the Divine Collection, I have already previously tried a few items from within the sets in preparation for this review. So, I can give you all a product review of a few select items as well as a "first impressions" of the gift sets themselves.
Overall, I have totally fallen in love with the luxurious essence of this brand! The products are just so special: elegant formulations, divine scents, and a luxurious feel.

L'Occitane has a variety of gift set options available for Mother's Day. While I just received the Neroli & Orchid Collection and the Divine Collection, I have already previously tried a few items from within the sets in preparation for this review. So, I can give you all a product review of a few select items as well as a "first impressions" of the gift sets themselves.

Neroli & Orchid Collection ($85): A delicious fruity floral scent of Neroli & Orchid that conveys affection with Tunisian Neroli (orange blossom essence) and White Orchid absolute from Madagascar, in a Eau de Toilette, soothing Body Milk, and refreshing Shower Gel. Head Notes: Orange & Mandarin, Heart Notes: Neroli, Peach, & Fig Milk, and Base Notes: Orchid, Musk, & Iris. First of all, the gift set is beautifully packaged in a floral box. I love keeping pretty boxes like this! :) This gift set is truly a fabulous value: the Neroli Eau de Toilette is normally $75.00. So, for just $10 more, you get the Body Milk and Shower Gel. I really enjoy scent layering and this gift set gives you multiple options to layer the decadent Neroli & Orchid scent in your shower, while you moisturize, and with your Eau de Toilette!
- Collection de Grasse Body Milk Set ($25): Transport to the Provencal town of Grasse with this set of moisturizing scented body milks filled with captivating fragrance blends.
- Collection de Grasse Soap Trio ($24): This trio of gentle cleansing soaps delights the senses with delicious fragrances from the Collection de Grasse fragrance line.
- Shea Collection ($78): Revitalize and hydrate with this nourishing collection of Shea Butter- enriched products.

The Divine Collection products from L'Occitane are completely fabulous! Awhile back, I reviewed some products from L'Occitane' Divine Collection. I completely fell in love with the Divine Cream and Divine Eyes! The Divine Cream, in particular, is a stand-out product that has become a staple item in my cream rotation. From the gorgeous packaging (it is packaged in vintage-inspired yellow apothecary jar shaped containers) to the decadent scent, these products should not be missed! Plus, I love how they leave your skin so plump and smooth. Like the name, simply divine! If you missed my previous review or what to hear about more details about the Divine Collection products, please be sure to check it out here. With that said, I totally recommend the Divine Collection set. What a great way to try out these amazing products for a really great price! While I have already tried the Divine Eyes and the Divine Cream, the Precious Cleansing Foam is a new product to me. I am super exited to test it out!!!

- Savons de Provence ($25): These 100% vegetable base soaps gently cleanse the skin without stripping it of its essential moisture.
- L'Occitane Neroli Eau de Toilette (2.5 fl oz retails for $75): Wow! What a beautifully unique fragrance. This is the type of scent that is almost guarenteed to get you those "what are you wearing/you smell amazing" comments. It is just so different from any of the other perfumes in my collection. It is a very lovely floral scent that has such richness and depth. It is a beautiful blend of Neroli and Orchid with hints of citrus and peach. I like to layer this over L'Occitane's Fragrance Booster Cream. (be sure to check out the Neroli & Orchid deal in the giftsets above!).
- L'Occitane Fragrance Booster Cream:(4.4 oz for $35.00): What a unique concept! This is a cream that you layer underneath your fragrances to make them last longer. It was actually designed to pair with L'Occitane's Collection de Grasse fragrances. However, the very light neutral floral scent of this cream layers well with many fragrances in my perfume collection. Just apply this decandent cream along your neck and chest area before applying your fragrance.

I noticed your blog is the only one that's featuring the Essence of Beauty from CVS. I adore In Your Arms! Yesterday I went back to CVS and had to try the floral you recommended. To me, there is a lot of Gardenia (supposedly "gardenia leaf") and greens plus the pear. I get that plus maybe some honeysuckle or even sweet pineapple.
